Thesis

Consciousness crumbles as the ashes of civilization are cast by winds of time...

Life and death are fleeting transitory states that paint the canvas of reality. Every brush stroke a glimpse into an imagined realm that inevitably exists if the universe is truly infinite. Are these afterlives? Or are we simple reincarnated into a world so indescribably far removed from our own it feels like one?

Select a point on the spectrum of eternity...

Biography

Zach Jaeger is a multimedia 3D artist and game developer based in Phoenix, AZ. The essence of all of his art, regardless of medium, resonates in the way he compiles unconventional references to create an identifiable tone throughout his work. Pulling inspiration from the worlds of fine art, fashion, music, and many others, he summarizes the futility of the human condition and consciousness, while also highlighting the beauty in this.

A lot of his work is connected to a larger fictional universe that he has created, and he is sure the residents of that realm have no perception of him, much like the sentient creatures of Earth are unaware of their creator.

Zach has a BFA in animation from Arizona State University, and has studied in Melbourne, Australia, at RMIT's Masters of Animation, Games, and Interactivity (MAGI) program, where his game "Opulence" was nominated for "Best in Show" at the 2022 MAGI Expo.
